Refund policy

1. In case THFreelancer delays the order for over 40 business hours, the client may request a full refund.

2. If no confirmation is received from the client within 40 business hours after payment, the order will be fully refunded.

3. Should the order fail to be completed by the pre-agreed timeframe without valid reasons, the client has the right to request a full refund. If the extension terms are not accepted, the following options apply:

  • a. full refund if the delay is internal;
  • b. partial refund if caused by external factors.

4. Should a client cancel an order once work has started, THFreelancer reserves the right to keep up to 50% of the original payment.

5. The client may request a full refund if they decide to cancel the order after a specialist has been hired.
