Order execution

1. Once payment is received, your orders are generally processed within 40 business hours, unless an alternate arrangement has been made.

2. In the event that order fulfillment does not begin within 40 business hours, clients will be issued a full refund.

3. Timeframes are fixed before payment is made and cannot be changed afterward. If no deadline is specified at the point of payment, italentbase.com will set one based on industry regulations and will notify the client via email.

4. If the confirmation email remains unanswered by the client for 48 hours, thfreelancer.com will consider the order terms as approved.

5. If the client decides to cancel the order while it is being processed, thfreelancer.com may withhold up to 50% of the payment.

6. The completed order will be delivered to the client in accordance with the prearranged agreement with thfreelancer.com.

7. Upon completion, the client has 24 hours to review the order and request adjustments if necessary. If no changes are requested within this timeframe, the order will be considered complete and cannot be altered unless additional charges are incurred.

NOTE: If the selected specialist is temporarily unavailable due to prior commitments, the client can make a partial payment to hold the specialist’s services at a later date.
